Through competitions conducted in cooperation with associations and trade unions, successfully implemented transformation projects are presented. By awarding prizes and publishing these „best practice examples“, a path for possible solutions are showed to other companies.
Regional partners (automotive and technology clusters, regional business organizations, chambers of industry and commerce, business development institutions) are involved in order to ensure a qualitatively equivalent, thematically comprehensive and state-wide transformation support that is open to all actors. In the process, professional interfaces are created between the actors in the regions and between the regions, so-called regional hubs.
Continuation and expansion of the established network from the Strategy Dialogue for the Automotive Industry in Niedersachsen. With regard to the challenges of the transformation, in addition to representatives from companies, associations, research and development institutions from the core of the automotive industry, other stakeholders from, e. g., the energy industry or further education and training must be integrated into the transformation support.
In order to pave the way for new products and markets for companies, there is a need for a custom-fit knowledge and technology transfer, building on the technology content expertise (think tank) of the Innovationszentrum Niedersachsen GmbH. This expertise can easily be accessed by all companies across the state of Niedersachsen without any fees. For this purpose, annual events, regional events with local partners, working groups, workshop discussions in online or face-to-face formats are offered, among other things.
